Here’s how it works:
When you refer a new client who partners with us, and we make a placement, you can choose:
- 10% of our placement fee donated to a charity of your choice in your name. (or one of our featured partners — American Red Cross, Pelotonia, Habitat for Humanity, Operation Mobile Spouse or Junior Achievement ) Your introductions don’t just connect great talent — they create lasting impact.

Terms & Conditions:
Referral bonuses are subject to approval based on the criteria set forth in the terms and conditions. Direct hire, contract, and contract to hire referrals must work for 90 days before the bonus is eligible to be paid. Referrals cannot be client employees and cannot come from a Corporation. Referral cannot be an active Central Point Partner consultant already on payroll. Referral cannot already be in Central Point Partner’s network within the last six (6) months (submitted or interviewed by a Central Point Partner client). Payout terms: The assignment must be more than 90 days or a direct hire position. Referral payout is earned after 90 days of billing (or 90 days after the direct hire start date), and payment will be processed the last payroll of the month following when the referral is earned. For example, if the Consultant’s start date is 1/4/2023, the referral bonus is earned on 4/4/2023 and paid out the last week of May 2023. If you are not an active Central Point Partners consultant, you will be required to complete a W9 for payment processing. A 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year unless you are a W2 employee.
