Preparation and Search
- Develop a list of qualifiers for the specific opportunity
- Fully understand the workplace culture and management style
- Develop accountable timelines for approval
- Identify initial target list of companies for recruiting
- Review scope and understanding of the position to ensure that all parties are in agreement on search criteria
- Cold call, recruit, and screen candidates through our detailed interview process
- Present written profiles of viable candidates including:
- Overview of background & Summary of Skills
- Reasons CPP believes the candidate is a “match”
- Personal situation and reason for leaving current employer
- Compensation expectations
- Resume
- Determine the interview process with client
- Schedule and assist in the first Teams interview
- Schedule the next rounds of interviews
- Debrief client and candidate on interviews, feedback and discuss strategy.
- Discuss all agreed-upon terms of employment
- Facilitate employment offer to the chosen candidate
- Assist new employee with resignation from current company
- Prepare the candidate to navigate the possibility of a counteroffer
- Facilitate onboarding process
- Provide continued support ad communication through the transition and integration phases.
